How soon will my order be shipped?
We usually ship within one to two business days via UPS. You will be contacted if there is a delay.

How do I return something?
You may return an unworn piece of jewelry purchased online within 14 days after receipt. The item must be in its original condition and shipped prepaid in the original box, preferably insured. We do not accept COD packages.

A full refund to the original credit card, less shipping costs, will be given.

Can I have one of the quotations put on a different piece of jewelry?
We don’t move quotations from one piece to another for several reasons.
