Can I get a personalized engraving?

While all of our quotes are carefully selected for their uplifting nature and wisdom, we are unable to personalize pieces at this time. How soon will my order be shipped?

We usually ship within one to two business days via UPS. We will contact you directly if there is a delay.

How do I return or exchange something?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your BB creation, you may return or exchange an unworn piece of jewelry purchased online within 14 days after receipt. The item must be in its original condition and shipped prepaid in the original box, preferably insured. We do not accept COD packages. A full refund to the original credit card, less shipping costs, will be given.
