First time customers are encouraged to contact us by phone for guidance in placing their initial order. Our knowledgeable staff will be happy to assist with any questions.
Normally, delivery occurs within ten days of submitting an order.
First time orders require a $700.00 minimum. An additional $400.00 order must be placed within a year to maintain active status. Inactive customers are required to place the first time $700.00 minimum to regain active status.
Orders under $100.00 are assessed a handling fee of $10.00.
We cannot accommodate custom orders such as quotes or personal messages of a customer's choosing, moving quotations from one style to another, or individual sizing.
You must contact us in advance for the guidelines of including BB Becker images on your website.
TERMS OF PAYMENT:
We prefer VISA or MasterCard as forms of payment, but also accept American Express or a company check.
SHIPPING:
All orders are shipped UPS carrier, FOB Denver. An e-mail notice with tracking information is forwarded to you at the time of shipment.
Shipping charges and insurance are added to the invoice.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CREDITS:
Customers may return items for exchange or credit within 15 days of receipt. Returns over 15 days may be charged a 10% restocking fee. Any damaged items or packing errors should be reported immediately.
Contact us for an RA number prior to returning any merchandise. Packages without a clearly marked RA number on the outside will be returned to the sender.
Credits are applied toward future orders.
DISPLAYS
We strongly recommend using a light background to bring out the engraved words.
You MUST use a “source identifier.” Quote papers that fulfill this requirement are furnished.
JEWELRY CARE
Polishing cloths shipped with each order do an excellent job of cleaning. Use of a dipping solution or anti-tarnish cream is not recommended. Remove jewelry before activities such as swimming, showering, gardening, or dishwashing.
